Verdict: With a unconfirmed yet speculated spread of ~1%, some fees are a little higher than other exchanges. BlockFi exchange is available on both mobile and web, utilising Gemini's cold storage. Gemini Trust Company are one of the biggest crypto custodians, with deposits regulated by the New York Department of Financial Services; greatly increasing your security. Whilst this company did fall victim to a SIM swap hack in 2020, no funds were lost. Some fees remain higher than other exchanges. Although the exact spread is undisclosed, we've calculated it to be approx. ~1%; with further reports from other users seen online.
