Bitpanda Level 3 is the top level visa card available out of the four cards offered by Bitpanda to EU residences only. Level 3 card holders receive 2% cashback in Bitcoin on purchases made worldwide. The €1.50 ATM withdrawal fee is completely waived and you enjoy .25% foreign transaction fees which is the lowest of the four cards.

Bitpanda's Level 3 card requires staking 500,000 BEST tokens (roughly €354,981) in your wallet and to make one monthly trade. By holding BEST tokens you become of a member of the Bitpanda ecosystem. Members at level 3 enjoy 20% off the fiat settlement fee and can vote on company decisions.

Bitpanda has been in operation since 2014 out of Vienna, Austria. Bitpanada has covered security insecurities by having cold storage, registering with the Austrian Financial Market Authority and follows PACTE law with also regulates French Authrité des marchés financiers, plus they have been audited by KPMG.

Bipanda allows users to pay with precious metals which is extremely rare. They also support 20+ cryptocurrencies and EUR, CHF, GBP, USD, TRY, PLN fiat currencies.
