Verdict: The Crypteriam virtual card can be issued in minutes to a wide number of countries that otherwise don't have crypto cards including (apparently) from North Korea. However, has the worst fee structure we've reviewed, and slaps on every fee the book. It's a rip off, there is no other way to phrase it.

The Crypterium virtual card gains 2 points on this review because of its fast issuance in a wide range of countries that have no other crypto debit card options. That is the only thing going for it/ The fees are extortionate. For their virtual card, Crypterium charge: €2.99 monthly fee, 2% loading fee, 2.5% FX fee, €0.25 POS fee. You can't use ATMs with a virtual card otherwise they would charge for that as well. Frankly, it's the worst option we've come across and should not be considered unless you're desperate.
